With fresh brewers yeast as raw material, yeast cell wall is produced by modern bio-engineering technology via high efficient wall-breaking, directional enzymolysis, separation and purification process, etc. It’s rich in functional immune polysaccharides such asβ-glucan and mannan, so it is a natural and effective immune promoter.
